I ordered a watch that was guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day. Not only did it never arrive but my repeated inquiries were not answered and finally a week later I found someone to call and I was told there is nothing they can do. They will look into it and get back to me, and as of now no answers and no watch and very disappointed.
