I purchase 2 cigarettes on this site in May 31st 2013 and used Western Union to send funds and its been 3 weeks now since the purchase I still didn't received a notice or or an update of the status of my order. I emailed the business and ask for tracking number and they forward me a invalid tracking number. Until now I send an email for follow up couple times and still haven't got any no response.
