I received this product with no information inside - no customer info no clarification or details - Product is useless tried to resolve issue by calling an outsourced number - offered to send unused product was denied Refund of any sort - This is a BIG SCAM - I asked for direct number to company and was told they can not give it to me - I asked why they said they can't give it out - Seems like this Company Phoenix Labs is dishonest, fraudulent and is outsourced

Taken for $93.00 for this product BEWARE

Also the website CLEARLY STATES "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" When I called the customer service for the 4th time and read the guarantee to them their comment was You can read that guarantee all you want but that only applies if you cancel within 14 days - I told them I was going to dispute this and their comment was go right ahead you won't win - Won't I RVTL let's just see
