Pre billing before services are rendered, Earthlink.net from Atlanta tries to secure payment. They not only seek payment in advance of service but also make repeated harassment by telephone attempting to bully the customer into compliance with their outrageous policy of pre billing!
I seek punitive damages for harassment against this company for all customers who are being harassed by not providing them a credit card so they can pre-bill.
We have in good faith always paid up in full at the end of the month but this has not been sufficient to satisfy this company.
