They were supposed to refund our 575 GBP deposit, minus 120 GBP for yardwork. We never received the balance of 455 GBP (around $682) even though we moved out in July. I have sent numerous emails, and he always says the are "still waiting for" something.

Company is Ashby's Lettings in Bovey Tracey, Devon, England. Russel Baker is the manager, but I have always CC'd a copy of the emails to the Real Estate (Estate Agent) company that own it, also Ashby's to no avail.
