Their virus software appeared on my screen - I could not get it removed so i purchased it - they sent me an email which looked legal but when I responded to support@syscare-antivirus.org it was not a working address - I then went to the internet and searched for removal of this software and found that it was a scam - there was no physical address as it was all done over the internet
