On the above date 14 transactions had taken place from my bank account. Thirteen of them in the amount of 11.99 each and one for 10.99. I called Goggle Music to make a report and no account had been activated as I was told. They then directed me over to their wallet music department to get further assitance. They could not find any transactions being made through my user name either. I was told to file an investgation form to try to get the issue resolved. One represeative did it over the phone and said she could not find anything. I contacted my bank for futher information on the company name and goggled it once again. It gave me the same results to goggle music. I called wallet music once again and was told to file a investigation form
