Very sorry, we can't pay the custom tax, the custom asked the tax from the receiver of the package. So when you want to pay custom tax pls let me know, if you can't pay the tax, the custom can't let your goods pass through, so it is dangerous, pls think about it.

I asked for customs number or money back, she said;
Very sorry, we only give you the total cost for our products, not custom tax, and we can't refund because we can't get the goods back. And we are only supplier in Huhehaote, we don't have the government custom numbers, we don't have this right.
