I have tried everything with CCAC and Regional Nursing. PSW's that go to your house. Do not show up, leaving eldelrly alone with noway to call them as they don't answer phones and don't call back. WORST, they change schedules and don notify leaving elderly person without help at all and don't send anyone else. Also when they come to the house they are being paid for 2 hrs and only work 10-15 mins. I have proof, times, dates, and names and have made many, many complaints to regional nursing right up to the president lisa, and all the way down. Nobody cares and do nothing. They offer 32 hours for the first 3 wks out of hospital. Elderly never get it. Government is paying. Some lady called beatrice told me she was from government and would call me back 2 years ago re same thing, never called back. I left message again Friday, June 14th, still no call me back. Thats sad, the elderly are being abuse while government pays them to defraud them. Pls help none else cares.
