I tried to cancel using their website email within the 7-day free trial, as their family ancestory information was general, but it was like the website was locked; I couldn't get through. They said today that I had even subscribed to a yearly automatic renewal. It is 3 months since I tried to cancel, so they simply say I've entered a contract and that's legal, period. Can you help me get my money back?
