Scam for $19.99 to "WIN" $1.2 million, I.D.#2329518498.
Know it's a scam, people keep repoprting, but why doesn't N.Y. Prosecute these people? It's an outright scam, has to be illegal (or is it legal in N.Y. To scam people and use U.S.P.S. To do so?
