They don't answer the phones. Every time i call Im speaking to an automated voice. Which i don't enjoy because i have to constantly push zero to hear an actual living persons voice. Usually the person i speak to are native american so i can barely understand what they are saying. My damaged phone was dropped off at FedEx on 6/10 and it was delivered on 6/12. What i dont understand is why did it only take 2 days for them to receive my phone and i've been waiting for almost a week now.
