Miscellaneous

I received a pamphlet/certificate for a free vacation for two through Grand Incentives. I filled out a form printed off their website giving them my information and top three destination choices, then mailed the form and pamphlet, as instructed, to their indicated address.in addition, through their online payment system, I paid $50 for a refundable room deposit. A day later the $50 withdrawal took from my account. Weeks passed and with no reply I thought be st to check on the status of my certificate. The help desk phone number from their website was never answered by a person and always went to voice mail. After several calls I decided to send an E-mail to the given address explaining my situation and still inquiring about the status of my certificate. No response as of yet to the E-mail.
