Opened an acct with company late 2012 to rent a storage unit. Written agreement states they will deduct $45 on the first of every month directly from account. They have successfully done this one time. Other times they send us notifications in mail 15 days later saying acct. Is past due and add $10 late charge and double locked our storage unit. I have called twice and given them updated card information and money has always been available to withdraw. This last time I called the lady was very rude and gave me a ton of attitude. Eventually hung up the phone on me and took phone off the ringer so I could not call back and speak to a manager when I was asking her to fix the problem.
