This company has a BBB rating of "F" and now I know why! Buyer beware! These people are thieves; the company needs to be shut down and its owners thrown in jail. Late 2011 I ordered a table from Gruppo Seccio. It was supposed to deliver late January. They immediately billed my credit card $3k but the table NEVER DELIVERED. After months of getting the run-around from the owner, Salomon Suissa, I eventually filed a complaint with the BBB and had my attorney send a certified letter demanding a refund. "Sal" promised a refund but it never came! Then in May of Mr. Suissa said that Seccio was "closing down" it's operations - yet another lie! These people are LIARS and THIEVES and what they are doing is illegal. I am a single mother and I work hard for my money. What Seccio has done to me (and probably others) is fraudulent and shameful. Stay far away from these people and always check the Better Business Bureau before buying from a company. I sure wish I had.
