My medical doctor request my medical records from two of my previous doctors. They mailed the records to Dr. Mckinney (Piedmont Internal Medicine) and sent me two invoices.invoice # 0127769476 ($26.57) and #0128020244 ($21.59). I was never made aware that there would be charge to make copies of my records.
