Enterprise Car Rental gave us a car in which the chargers did not work. This became a very big issue as both my husband & I's cell phone barries died on route to New York and our GPS battery died. We did get lost and because we could not call anyone it took us much longer to find our way. This ended up causing us to miss our cousins graduation and extra money on gas. Once my husband advised this to the rep when we returned he said only thing we can do is knock down $40 in price and on top of it charged more in total then they originally said it would be.
