Robo calls constantly day after day, hours at a time. The scam was that they would and could lower the interest rate on the credit cards that were mine they knew which ones and just kept at me. I told them NO repeatedly but the man would not takeNO; according to the GE Capital bank this was not fraud or scam. I tried to get information about fraud or scams, from the Federal Trade Commision. They stated that this is fraud and a scam that goes on all the time. According to the FTC the nations Consumers Protection Agency Rule prohibit companies that sell relief services like Auto GuardIANUSA, rate reducing scams on the phone from charging a fee before they settle a fee, or reduce anyones debt Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, I have the right to dispute charges for any service that I did not receive, or any other transaction I did not authorizeto have been added to my credit card account, the sum they put on my account is 690.00 on TJMrewards havecontinued to keep the charge on the account, in favor of a company the is doing dishonest practices and they are robbing people who cannot afford these exorbitant charges that I did not want.
