I recived a phone call asking for money for a business licence in Phoeniz, Az. Dave Heath did not tell me that I would need to invest $10,000. For advertizing. I am disabled by encephalophy in sept/oct of of 2012 which i told them about and which I believe he took advantage of. I am on Medicaid and can't use the business licence and would like to receive that money back as this was a total scam. I do not have info about the company or it's address or zipcode. I am trying to get the zipcode for Gilbert Az.
