Despite emailing for a return address to return and item of clothing which I received from this company due to zipper fault they have as yet not answered my emails despite promising 24/7 customer care on their site. I've also tried phoning the number but its always engaged. The time limit is pushing on to return the goods so how do I resolve this matter?
