Dear Sirs; Thank you for taking my complaint.
My husband and I were invited to a presentation at a local hotel to listen to a pro-mo on vacation packages, were told we wpould receive a voucher for two free airline tickket anywhere in the U.S. Excepy Alaska or Hawaii, We live in Oregon. We listened to the ninety minute speil and then received the vouchers, the voucher asked for a $100.00 payment for taxes and fees, which really breachs the word "free" anyway I submitted my two dates as required, I listed two seperat dates and times, several weeks later I received a new form and a letter telling me I breached thecontract because I didnot list major us airports, I believed I did, So I submitted two new dates and times mind you I had to submit it for sixty day from the day I mailed the requests and forty five days later for the second request, I googled all the major us airports to make sure the airports I listed were in fact us major airports Today I received a duplicate of the first letter, telling me I didnot list national us airports! It was the exact same letter! I am beyond angry especially after reading all the similar complaints online. I'm sure its beacuse its across the united states rathe rthan a short flight, well I dont want a short fligh, I want to go to new york to see my grand children all of whom were so excited we could come out to see them this summer, they need to keep their promises, do you know of an attorney in this area as I plan on a lawsuit, please let me know.
