Trip to Rome, Italy left Atl 5-31-13-arrived Rome 6-1-13- Lost bag-could not find for 80 hours. Without clothing and gps. Without GPS lost in Rome for hours. Paid $4,158.10 for trip. Lost two days of vacation trying to recover luggage. On return trip home lost same bag
again (Sat 8th). What we taught to be a trip of a life time turned into a nightmare. Delta has turned out to be more trouble than help to settle this by phone as I know little about computes. What they told me just does not work as they said.
