Us grants call and said i was eligible for a grant of 8000'00$ i paid the cost for the transfer to my account but no transfer was done so i call back and they said i need to pay 300'00$ for state tax so i did that now they want 600'00$ to transfer the money after they told me once i pay the tax i would not have to pay anything eles
