Ive encountered the same problem with Streetdeal.com, ive purchased 1 voucher amounting to 23 sgd last may 04, didnt agreed to any memberships coz its a bit costly.
Ut whoala, after 2 days, streetdeal deducted the 99 sgd membership from my credit card.

Not only they didnt informed me that they will be deducting it but they managed to use my credit card details and security codes after 2 days i used it on their website. The way i understand it, this website is not secure at all and is commiting fraudulent acts such scamming their users by offering cheap deals then later on when they have the bank deatils, they will be using it witout our consent.
