Received a letter saying I won $3,000, 000.00 or $1,980, 000.00 cash buy out. I had to send $12.99 to be considered. This mailing came as first class mail not bulk mail so it's very deceiving. Glad to see so many complaints lodged against them but is anything being done?

Recieved a mailing from this company about having a chance to win 2 million dollars. Did some checking on the internet and found it to be a fraud
