On May 1st, I ordered online a trial of RVTL cream for $4.95, receiving on May 3. When rec'd there was only the mdse.in a box with no purchase order, no company information, and no literature re: cream. As my internet service was on the blitz, I had no way to look it up. When I called to pay my credit card bill on May 29, I was shocked to hear there was an $89. Charge from this company. I disputed this charge and the credit card gave me the company name and phone number. When I called and spoke with Richard Martin, he insisted that this information was there and I was to let them know in 14 days if it was not satisfactory or I would be charged. I told him I rec'd no info or further mdse and was not going to pay the charge. I also told him I was mailing to him the unused portion of the trial. I do feel this is a scam because the charge went thru even before the 14 days were up from the time mdse. Was rec'd.
