I paid for a trial of the product - £1.99 for P&P only - there was no information regarding contacting them if I did not want to have more products sent to me at the full price. I received one product then checked my account and they have taken over £160 - without my permission. I cancelled it immediately made a phone call and was told I should have read the small print - THERE WAS NO SMALL PRINT TO READ I am considering contacting the ombudsman - I feel there advertising is misleading to the public and that it is a deliberate method to get money out of people using unscrupulous techniques
