I met a guy on a military dating website. He said he was being deployed to Nigeria in a few days. He said some people owed his late father some money and needed help receiving the money due to him being in the morning military and being deployed. He said he needed to put the money on my credit cards and then have me send him the money. He then claimed he lost the money because his wallet was stolen and needed me to send 300 dollars to finish paying the army so he could come see me. The money on the cards came back fraudulent and now I can't contact him. I am disabled and live on a fixed income, I am now behind on my bills due to him. Please, what can I do to try to retrieve my money. Can the army do anything?
