Nutra Burn 10
Food supplements blocked at saps to be destroyed

I stupidly ordered nutraburn 10 food supplements which apparently arrived at sa postal services on 22 may. Today i learnt that all of these products from nutraburn sent with landmark global with a tracking number that starts with ltn... Are all being held & marked for destruction. Apparently the next step is that i apply for an mcc permit section 21...? To prove that i need these supplements for medical reasons with a backup letter from my gp!!!
I called nutraburn on -800-981-218 & spoke to heidi who was oh so very helpful & sorry about the problem. Said she had requested immediate refund & asked me to fax all this info wrt block at saps etc to a bogey fax no: 855 853 1245... I tried every combo possible for eg: 1 855.../ 1 0855.../ 0855... Etc... Nothing works!!! They are obviously cheaters!!! She also said i would receive an email confirming my refund in the next hour. It's 21hoo now & nothing received.
I have googled them since & discovered that i'm not alone in this!!!
Please help and/or advise me how to get my money back from them!
