I was sold a Kirby Generation 5 by a Saleman, the next day I could to have the vacum returned due to the heavyness of the vacum. Kirby Centers Of Maine in Westbrook refused to take my call, they refused to give me their fax number, they told me they closed at 4:30 (even though I supposedly had until midnight to return the vacum). They denied I mailed the cancelation form. They were rude, the manager would not speak to me. I believe their contracts are a rip off, due to their wording, MasterCard would not stand up for my rights. I guess the Kirby may be a good vacum, if I was able to use it. I hope this company Kirby Centers of Maine in Westbrook goes out of business! I plan to warn as many people as I can!
