We signed a contract with Mr. Messina about LDPE film. We sent our deposit total $US10,000.00 on January. But after that, he never loaded the shipment for us.
He gave me a lot of reasons that are bad weather, his surgery, inspectors, etc. And untill now, he ignored to answer all my emails and calls.
He ever said that he had a shipment of PVC 3 containers at Hai Phong Port, Vietnam and his customer ignored to pick it up. He asked me to give him a hand. We tried our best to find an other alnernative customer for him but he said thanks without paying demurrage charges. And now he puts me in a bad circle.

He has negative react on solving our problem. I asked him to refund our payment but he ignored.

Now I insist that he is a scam. And I would like to arlam all other companies should be carefully with this company. I found his info on internet and hadn’t sent an inspector to his company before. I trusted him and he cheated me.
