L was curious about the add, and filled in details for a "free trial" and then decided against the product and cancelled straight away. L received the products on May 17th and was furious as l had not ordered it! On May 20th was billed $10.95 for postage and handling and a further $135.58 for products. The company Dermpur/Health Direct/PurCollagen stated that the cost for the product after 10 days was $98.95 (why l cancelled in first place) The phone no for complaints, 855 564 7092 is also not connected!
