In April I placed an order on the internet for a free trial of this serum but didn't complete the order because I had second thoughts. I was reluctant to give my visa # I received a call a few days later from a very well spoken man who assured me that the # was required just to cover the s & h. I foolishly gave him the # and before I realized it my credit card had been billed for $94.70 twice. The second tube that arrived like the first one had no invoice inside. That is when I checked my statement and discovered what they had done. I immediately had the card cancelled which was an inconvenience. This is a fraudulent company and I am surprised that the police have not investigated them and shut them down by now. I have learned a very expensive lesson, and my faith in human nature has been tested for sure. I hope no one else gets hurt by these crooks. Yours truly, D Phillips
