My wife responded to an advert for a £1.99 trial of LiftSerum Pro on 26th April and cancelled by telephone on 2nd May (6 days into the 14-day trial period). Our bank account was debited the £1.99, followed by £84.71 on 14th May and then another £89.66 on 28th May after which another tube of LiftSerum Pro arrived by post. The cancellation on 2nd May had been ignored and a further telephone conversation revealed (surprise, surprise) that the company knew nothing of the cancellation. We have informed our bank. The danger is that this company will attempt to debit a further £89.66 every month in perpetuiti.
