As other complainers, auction bid won voucher for £35 for £3.50 or so, next day they took £35 out of my account and in order to retrieve said voucher they want my drivers licence or passport details and a signed credit card form. I don't think so! Just thinking myself lucky I only got ripped off £38. No point chasing them as they'll never pay it back.
