Signed up for a free trial of the product (for a small fee to cover admin. Postage) and now they are sending the product and taking £80 each month. Very difficult to contact and cancel. Finally I managed to get an email from them saying the account was closed but they still sent the product this month and charged me! No help at all on the phone (based in USA) and very rude.
