Met on Ourtime.com, talked for 3 1/2 weeks, snowballed fast. Said he was Self employed Electrical Engineer. He told me he had $18,300. Transferred out of bank account, third time this year, 30 day hold on account. The next day was awarded big contract in Cambodia and needed money for permits, airfare and food for him and son and would wire me money when he got there. I didn't pay him anything as I found another complaint, same scenario. Jeanne
