I simply called to inquire about an $11.00 charge to my account for calling in my payment. After explaining my concern about the amount, for making a payment (in full), I was completely surprised and said to the person on the other end that after I paid off my card that I was going to cut up my card and be done with First Premier. The response I got back really put me over the edge. The person said O.K. I recently filed for bankrupsy from issues from a previous divorce, and decided to re-establish my credit with your company. I now know that for sure I will no longer need a company like yours to help me re-establish any more credit. I am not a bad person and I always pay my bills on time. You just lost a customer for life, and I will not have a good thing to say to support your company if anyone ask me.
