Offer a FREE cross for taking a survey. I had to pay shipping of $5.99 on a charge card. Then on two weeks later I received cross, and on May 29th they billed my credit card for another fee of $98.00. I called my credit card company and was told to call company, if they did nothing to correct the problem file a police report. Company told me they will look into it and send an email In June to me. I told them to cancel all transaction and to send me a mailer to return their product. I am calling local newspaper if this company has not issued refund by first business day in June. N. Dillard
