Bought trial order. Tried to cancel immediately by phone. No answer. Sent letters. They were returned to me Order arrived.in March 4 orders arrived which I immediately returned. Went to the bank. Had not been charged at that time so the bank could do nothing. Next statement charges for orders that I hadn't requested and tried to cancel. I sent orders from February 24/13 ($94.96 X 2 Cdn.) and again orders from March 26/13 ($88.55 X 2 Cdn.) back to place of origin. Sent another letter May 13/13 which was returned to me. I have been away. I returned yesterday to find the returned letter.
