I ordered a trail of both products and was billed £4.99 English pounds at no time was I informed that payments of £76.80 x 2 would be taken from my account. I received my statement and the amounts were taken on the 11th may not even 21 days after I ordered the trail. I sent an email cancelling and requesting payment back. I received a cancellation number but have not received any money back
