We bought a home for our son due to his bad credit. He is behind in his payments. We have tried for 2 years to get help from Wells Fargo. We fill out a set of papers about 2 times a year for loan modification. Each time they tell us we make to much money. I currently have another set of forms that arrived today. They said they are foreclosing on the property and have turned it over to a law firm. I don't know what to do. Let them have the house, try a short sale. I don't know what route to take. My son has ruined our credit and we are very upset.
