You don't want to hire these people to conduct a sale for you. We did and have hugh regrets! Denise showed up saying her calculator quit working days earlier, so used that excuse to provide no accounting of amounts collected. Bad attitude, poor preparation, poor pricing... Had neighbors who bought tell me they were practically "giving away" our items. She had friends who came over and took items, and she could not provide evidence that they had paid for them. They didn't monitor personal closets, so personal items were ransacked and some sold. The worst experience you could imagine for an estate sale! Never Never would we recommend using their service! Buyer Beware!
