I was charged by this company Viper Marketing UK on my credit card for a charge of $97.00 back on May 10 of this year. I never ordered any products or services from this company. I just went on their website to find out that they are located in the UK and that there are only major people listed with no customer service to contact. I put a complaint into (Personal Info Removed), their head guy there, to tell him I did not order any products and that I want no further charges from my card to be done. What can be done to make sure this does not happen any further? I will contact my bank and ask them to stop any type of transaction from hitting my account. Thanks
