I have been receiving demand letters for almost a year now from Pushpin. They come under my name and that of my company that I sold in 2001 for $5,228.88
The company never leased any equipment in the entire time I owned it and according to the new owners neither have they.
I have ignored the demands as I feel they are totally bogus.
Since the same exact letter has been sent now for 10 months I am not at all worried that anything is going to be done and I am certainly not going to waste my money on a fraudulent bill for a company that I sold 12 years ago! I think it is a scam trying to scare people into paying just to get them off your back. They can bother me all they want to I will not pay them a penny.
