My last debit was taken on Tuesday. This is the second one this month. Before this, they debited my account two other times.
I have also called numerous times, if you are lucky enough to get into their que, you get down to the 2nd caller and you get disconnected. You try and leave a message, you just get a fast busy signal.
I tried emailing them today have trying to call them four times. I doubt I will hear anything.
This is frustrating that this can happen.
