I put the wrong birthdate during verification and then they restricted my card and asked me to fax in documents proving my identity but my ssN matched my name and everything else the woman didnt even say well Im restricting ur crd until you can fax the info in... This is a real inconveinece and the fees they charge are out of this world what kind of card services does this to people i work for card services through Fis and this account now treat people terrible this is my money and i will sue if something desnt happen and then they dont give you the option to take all ur money off the card you have to spend it down the the balance in order to have the funds taken off highway robbery
