Duplicate problem of previous complaint. The system obviously is designed and intended to test your patience.instead of just coming out and saying there is no possible way to remove or opt-out once you establish a profile, even if one has yet to upgrade to a paid account. Then once one becomes paid member, I'm sure even then it takes persistence as well as a lot of headaches to cancel, and again attempt to purge the account altogether.
