SGE LOANS! Ridiculous and hope they all suffer for the agro, upset and bother they caused!

Firstly started with them saying they needed to confirm my and details, as I was in a rush getting son from school I did this but made it very clear they were to take no money put of my account, the girl reassured me numerous times that they wouldn't and when asked why they needed the last 3 digits she told me it was the 'new way' which is more secure, load of bull that was. The £89.99 went out that same day and I was fuming as it was my road tax money. I called the company and they told me I had 28 days to get a straight refund and the money back in, I have them a few days to return the money but just as I thought, they didnt. I then phoned numerous times and it was always the same awful rude disgusting man called BEN on the phone and just hung up. He was awful and very rude, karma happens u twit.
Went to the bank and raised a visa dispute and got the money back but 3 weeks later the bank have the money back to them saying I lost the dispute and they advised me to take it to the ombudsman, which I did. The ombudsman was very helpful and even tho it took a few weeks/months, I finally got my money back. Hope I never have to hear from that company again. Took me from October may to get my money back, but I'm glad I got it in the end. Hope every one else does too... And I hope this helps
