After contacting this company from an advert in the Euro Weekly, James Taylor and Jake Bass [although Jake used the name George on this occassion, apparently they change their names all the time] came to house re system fault with my sky tv box. Claimed they fitted 2 boosters and retuned dish. No proof or parts to be seen. Presented me with a bill of 150 euros without any discussion prior to the work. Left here with the tv still showing "system fault" but claimed that it took 20 mins to sort out from sky. I telephoned them constantly to inform them the tv was exactly as it was before there visit and was not fixed. They said they would return to rectify this however after several text messages and calls I have never seen them again. They have no intention of trying to resolve the problem or returning my money. They are well known to the other tv installers as con men! They do not give proper invoices/receipts, their website has no address and the police are aware of these men and their practices. I fully intend to persue this matter to the fullest extent.
